The Samuel P. Harn Museum of Art is one of the largest university-owned art museums in the United States. The permanent collections feature African, pre-Columbian, Asian, American, and contemporary works. The Harn is the permanent home of Claude Monet.'s Champ d’avoine (Oat Field).

Museum Nights, sponsored by the University of Florida’s Student Government, opens the museum doors Thursdays 5p-9p during the UF academic year. Museum Nights feature guest lecturers and docent-led exhibition spotlight tours. Call the museum for details at (352) 392.9826.
Downstairs from the exhibitions is The Camellia Court Cafe, open 7 days a week 11a-3p. The restaurant is known for excellent food and reasonable prices; a perfect place to eat before of after your theatre or museum activities. The Camellia Court Cafe is open until 9p for Museum Nights and until 7:30p before mainstage performances at the Phillips Center.
Hours: Tuesday-Friday 11a-5p; Saturday 10p-5p; Sunday 1p-5p. Closed Mondays and state holidays. Admission: free, though donations are welcome.
