Saddle up for the two-day celebration “Black Cowboys & Cowgirls in Florida.” 

On Friday, presentations about the history and contributions of Black Cowboys & Cowgirls in Florida include remarks from John H. Nix, President of the North Central Florida Black Farmers Association and rodeo organizer, Rick Wallace. Experience a walk-through historical exhibit and a movie on African American cowboys (with popcorn!).

Saturday features indoor and outdoor activities with horses on the grounds, roping demonstrations, square dancing and line dancing with Smooth Flava and more.

Admission is free but advance registration is requested online.
