Bring a camp chair and sit under the big pine tree and go through the process of making betony pickles together. The jar and spices will be provided, and together you will dig and clean the roots. Then see a demonstration of the vinegar and brine process and you will be able to take home your own bottle of crunchy, delicious pickles. Remember to bring a hat and wear closed toed shoes. Rain or shine, they have an indoor facility if needed.
