Join the Cade Museum for an evening of thought-provoking discussions and a free documentary film screening of Bridging Troubled Waters: Coach Jessie Heard, Football and Desegregation.

The event will also feature insights from Coach Jessie Heard, who has shaped the football programs at both Lincoln High School and Buchholz High School, as well as Derrick White, Professor of History at the University of Kentucky and author of Blood, Sweat, and Tears: Jake Gaither, Florida A&M, and the History of Black College Football. Don’t miss this opportunity to engage with key figures in football history and celebrate the lasting impact of the sport on our communities.
