Go birding in 2025 and start off your year with the Alachua Audubon Society’s New Year’s Big Day.
Join the trip leader at Sweetwater Wetlands Park at 8 a.m. Participants are invited to explore other birding hot spots in Alachua County including Boulware Springs, La Chua Trail, Hague Dairy and more. Over 100 bird species may be identified during the day. During last year’s event, 127 bird species were recorded.
