Time to salsa! Salsa the food or salsa the dance? BOTH, actually!
Blackadder Brewing Company is kicking off Salsa De Mayo with a salsa competition.

Salsa Contest Rules:
Entrants must provide a minimum of one pint of their favorite salsa recipe made and ready to sample. All variations are acceptable (Pico de Gallo, Chile Verde, Traditional, Fruit Salsa, etc.)
One entry per person.
Set up and sign in begins at 2PM.
Judging begins at 2:30PM.
Entries MUST BE made by the participant.
Recipe must be original with no use of commercially prepared salsa.
Chips and other garnishments are allowed for presentation purposes.
Chips for judging will be provided by Blackadder Brewing.
Salsa will be judged on these criteria:
– Taste
– Aroma
– Originality
AND, there will have a fan favorite winner.
Patrons will sample the salsas after the judges and will vote for their favorite!
