Canoes paddle down the Santa Fe River

The Santa Fe River goes underground in O’Leno State Park and reappears at River Rise Preserve. The scenic winding waterway is fed by numerous springs and is a Designated Florida Paddling Trail.

Popular access points include Santa Fe Canoe Outpost and the High Springs Boat Ramp.
