The Alachua County Farmers Market (ACFM) is the only Growers Only Market in North-Central Florida. Everything sold at the market is grown within 50 miles by local farmers who personally sell their produce.
Shoppers have the opportunity to meet the growers, ask about the varieties available, and get tips on preparing fresh purchases. Expert advice is always available on the best ways to store produce or care for plants.
Located at 5920 NW 13th Street in Gainesville, Florida, the market operates in an open-air pavilion at the corner of State Road 121 (NW 13th St) and U.S. 441. Handicap-accessible restroom facilities are available, and parking is provided in a paved lot adjacent to the building, a grassy lot behind the building, and the Alachua County Tag Office lot.
The Alachua County Farmers Market is open every Saturday, year-round, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., or until all products are sold.
